Sarah has spent the last seven years of her life working with senior leaders and their teams as an executive coach and facilitator.

She is a professional speaker, published author, and media commentator helping her high-flying clients supercharge their leadership careers. Working closely with senior leaders and their teams, transforming their skills and style - to propel them towards their goals, and success.

From a young age, she learned that she needed to grab life with both hands. Her parents instilled a strong work ethic and encouraged Sarah to set high standards for herself and make the best of any opportunity that came her way. Sarah acted on this advice and went on to excel in her corporate career. During this time, she was often the only woman in the boardroom, and these experiences have shaped her into a strong, driven individual who wants to pass her knowledge on to others.

FROM C-SUITE LEADER TO COACH

Sarah's leadership and career coaching expertise is backed by her 30 years of corporate experience, meaning she profoundly understands the challenges today's leaders face. By age 29, Sarah was at board level for Exel PLC, managing large scale corporate changes. Later in her corporate career, Sarah led innovative teams at Abbott, AbbVie, BMS, AstraZeneca, DHL, and the NHS. She has worked to lead teams in the UK, across EMEA, and globally, working overseas in different locations including the Middle East and Europe.

COACHING

Today, Sarah is an experienced leadership and career coach who has worked with corporate professionals and organisations to help them elevate their leadership skills, improve company culture, and achieve measurable growth to transform their careers for the better. Working closely with newly-promoted managers, female leaders, and corporate teams, she helps executives transform their career dreams into reality.

Vitally, Sarah's expertise comes from experience. She has been at the sharp end of all the topics she explores with her clients: the transition from manager to effective leader, dealing with impostor syndrome, conflict at work, assertiveness, confidence, and creating a high performing team. Using DiSC® profiling, Sarah can analyse behaviours at work to support employee development, recruitment, succession planning and team development.

Sarah understands the plethora of specific challenges leaders face today and with individuals and organisations from various industries, including life sciences/biotech, logistics, banking and finance, commercial and residential property law, advertising, marketing and communications, occupational health and safety, professional services and bodies, and telecoms.

Leadership roles are highly challenging, and some can experience mental health difficulties during their leadership journey. In recognition of this, Sarah is an accredited Mental Health First Aider and studied stress and anxiety management at a CPD accredited institution.

She is also qualified in positive psychology which seeks to understand the strength of each person she coaches, and grow those strengths, as well as address any blind spots holding the individual back.

Using her impactful three-step change process, Sarah has inspired business leaders from all over the world to unlock their full potential. The concepts behind her transformative phrase 'regroup, reboot, and reinvent' have helped managers transform themselves into inspirational, authentic, and influential leaders.

Sarah has spoken at leadership conferences in the UK and internationally.
