Morton Patterson is a Business Consultant, Facilitator and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Executive Coach who has significant expertise in Change Management & Strategy Consulting.

Over the last 15 years, he has helped business owners understand the value of their service, implement value-based relationship strategies in their organisation, and realise improved client relationships and profitability.

EARLY ENTREPRENEURIAL SUCCESS

After remortgaging his house, Morton left his full-time consulting position at Ernst &Young to start his first pioneering business, an audiobook business called Books Talk Too.

He progressed to launch Morton Patterson Consulting and has worked with hundreds of Small business owners. He developed the Know Your Value Framework for Professional Services businesses, helping them define and communicate their value and increased their fees.  He also provides Stakeholder Executive Coaching for SME's and their teams.
