Warren Cass has spent nearly 20 years speaking with audiences across the world helping them understand how to create more influence and communicate more effectively. He specialises in agile leadership, digital culture and human behaviour.
Warren has experience with a broad portfolio of businesses in multiple industries and prides himself on contextualising content so it is highly relevant to the clients we work with.
In 2017 his book 'Influence - How to Raise Your Profile, Manage Your Reputation and Get Noticed' was a WHSmith and Amazon best-seller and finalist in the Business Book Awards.
Warren’s experience includes 15 years of building a technology business working with organisations to create digital transformation, plus a decade of building a business community enabling business growth for thousands of members through events, training and coaching.
As co-founder of Hivemind Group he has close involvement with all client projects and programme design, no matter what the subject to ensure the message/lesson really lands.
Warren believes the biggest limitation for companies today is failing to cultivate a culture that not only embraces change, but enables its people to live & breathe agile values in order to truly transform.
