Many of the problems we experience in the workplace are the result of poor communication. It is widely accepted that communication skills are essential in creating high performing teams and are the fundamental for good leadership and management.

This module focusses on developing a growth mindset and explores the importance of communication as a skill and aims to increase self awareness and understanding on how you are perceived by others. We will  cover areas such as verbal and non-verbal communication, the written word and also look at how to create a communication strategy in challenging situations.
